As President, Melissa oversees all the functions of SDLEO Wives. She is a proud San Diego native and married her SDPD husband in 2013. Together they have two kids, four mischievous dogs, and a flock of spoiled chickens.

As VP of Wife Care, Erika provides resources to police wives that are in need of support, guidance or tools to facilitate events or situations taking place in their law enforcement families. Erika is also the original founder of SDLEO Wives and has been married to her law enforcement husband for over 15 years.

In her role as VP of Fundraising, Randee is in charge of organizing and promoting all fundraising efforts for  SDLEO Wives. Randee is an LEO wife of 8 years and homeschools her two elementary-aged children.

As VP of Membership, Shannon oversees new member approvals & member outreach and assists in member relations with agencies throughout San Diego. Shannon has been a SDLEO Wife since 2013. She and her husband have a dog and two wonderful children. They truly enjoy serving their community.
